Operating principle

When the instrument is started, the electric motor drives the common sun wheel of the instrument to rotate, and the grinding jar located at the eccentric position on the sun wheel rotates in the opposite direction to the sun wheel. The grinding jar, grinding balls and samples generate a large amount of kinetic energy under the superposition of the rotational deflection force while the sun wheel revolves and the grinding jar rotates in the opposite direction. The grinding balls and samples move along different trajectories, producing a combination of continuous strong impact and friction, thereby achieving an extremely high-efficiency grinding and crushing effect.

Safety

(1) The planetary gear adopts double locking method: high pressure enters the groove and then the bottom nut is locked. No matter how large the input capacity is, it cannot be disconnected to prevent accidents.

(2) The lifting cover is equipped with an electronic lock, which is safe and reliable. The ball mill cannot operate when the hatch is open.

 (3) The ball mill fixing handle has a built-in anti-retraction gear design, and the handle cannot be loosened even at high speed. When unloading the jar, you only need to lift the unloading valve to easily remove the ball mill.
